In Arraial it feels like summer all year round. In the low season, suites have a special monthly rate: ideal for remote workers, people relocating or working in the area.

Is there breakfast?

Yes, for R$ 20 per person: an individual tray with orange juice, yogurt, granola, two fruits of the day, cake, biscuits and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. Coffee, milk and tea are free all day, until the bar opens.

What is the cancellation policy?

For WhatsApp bookings we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm (non-refundable) and the rest at check-in. Dates can be changed once, up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability and rates. For bookings on our website, the policy shown when you book applies.

Is there a female-only room?

Yes, we have female-only 6-bed shared rooms with a private bathroom.

Do you accept children and pets?

Guests must be 11 or older. Minors can only stay in private rooms with their parents or guardians, and must be with an adult in common areas and at the pool. No pets.

What is included?

Bedding, Wi-Fi and free coffee and tea all day. Suites also include towels. Rooms and common areas are cleaned daily, and there is a safe at reception.
